Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, so if you are unsatisfied for any reason, we’ll gladly accept returns or exhange within 10 days for Australian Customers and within 20 days from arrival if you are an International customer.

Items need to be in original condition, with all swing tags, unworn and unwashed.

Please notify us via emailcustomercare@fabricofsociety.com.au within 48hours to confirm your Return and/or Exchange with us, and you will then need to Post the items back to the address below at your own expense.

We will credit your original method of payment, excluding shipping charges and sales tax on shipping charges (unless goods are defective or not as ordered). Please allow up to 7 days for your item to be processed.

Returns with Afterpay

If you have purchased with Afterpay we will happily accept your return. The payment plan will be cancelled if we receive your return before the first instalment is due. – This means you will not have to pay a thing.

If the first instalment has already been made when you return the items back to us we can cancel the rest of your payment plan and refund the initial payments you have made.

If you wish to return certain products from your order, we will remove these items from your payment plan. The original payment instalments will remain the same however the final payments will be less or cancelled depending on the return amount. You can log into your Afterpay account at any time to review your payment status.

Faulty Items

Please contact our customer care team at customercare@fabricofsociety.com.au if you have encountered a faulty item. Please include clear photos of the damaged product and proof of purchase. If your item is deemed faulty, we will replace the item or issue a refund.

Shipping

Delivery in Australia

Free Shipping for any orders over $99.

All orders under $99 will be charged a flat rate of $10 for shipping. Your parcel will arrive within 1-4 working days depending where you live. Remote regional areas may take longer. Orders will be dispatched on the next working day.

International Delivery

Free shipping for any orders over $150.

Shipping for international orders is calculated at checkout. Your parcel will arrive in between 6-20 working days depending where you live. Orders will be dispatched on the next working day.International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which may be applied by customs at the destination country, and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.

We strongly suggest selecting a business address that is occupied between the hours of 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday as your nominated delivery address. We hold no responsibility for orders placed with Authority to leave, so please ensure your delivery address is safe to do so.
